# Alheen.ae (الحين)

> Walk-in queue system for UAE clinics, typing centres and salons. QR check-in and Arabic + English voice calls on any TV. Launching soon with a free plan. Join the free waitlist.

## What it does
- Walk-in queue and token system for UAE service businesses: clinics, dental and physio centres, typing / PRO / business-service centres, car-service receptions, salons.
- Visitors get a token at the front desk or join by scanning a QR code on their own phone (no app) and see their live place in line.
- Staff call the next token from any browser. A waiting-room TV shows "now serving" and announces the token aloud in Arabic and English.
- Works on an existing TV with a low-cost Android/Google TV box or a PC. No special hardware to buy.
- At launch, queue data will be stored in the UAE.

## Pricing (AED per location per month, excluding VAT; yearly = 2 months free)
- Free: AED 0 — 1 location, up to 2 counters, 1 TV screen, up to 300 tokens a month, Arabic + English voice calls, small Alheen.ae strip on the TV.
- Starter: AED 99/month or AED 990/year.
- Business: AED 199/month or AED 1990/year.
- Multi-branch: AED 299/month or AED 2990/year.
- SMS and WhatsApp alerts are paid per message with prepaid credits (Business and Multi-branch plans).

## Founding plan (pre-sale)
- AED 299 one-time = the first 3 months of the Business plan from launch day (normally AED 597).
- Limited to the first 50 businesses. Full refund on request before launch and for 14 days after. Automatic refund if not launched by 31 March 2027. No automatic renewal.
