Privacy policy

Who we are

Meta Pro Solutions FZE - LLC ("we", "us") operates Alheen.ae from the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and is responsible for your personal data (the "controller"). For anything about your data, email sales@metapro.ae.

What we collect

• Waitlist form: your name, work email, mobile number (optional), business name and type, emirate, walk-ins per day, number of counters, how you handle your queue today, the plan you are interested in, and whether you agreed to product emails.
• Founding plan: your name, email and business name, and the status of your payment. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page; we never see or store your card number.
• The link you arrived from: ad and campaign labels in the web address (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid) and the website that referred you, stored with your sign-up or order so we know which ad led to it.
• Visit counts: a daily count of page visits by language, ad version and traffic source. These counts are not linked to you and use no cookies.
• Abuse prevention: a one-way scrambled value (a hash) derived from your network (IP) address, kept with your sign-up. We do not store your IP address with your sign-up, although our hosting and network-security providers may record it in their technical logs.
• Optional cookies: only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, the Meta Pixel and the Google tag set cookies to measure our ads (see Cookies below).

Why we use it

• To run the waitlist and tell you when Alheen.ae launches (the service you asked for).
• To take and, where due, refund founding-plan payments (to carry out our agreement with you), and to keep the financial records the law requires.
• To send you product emails, only if you ticked the box (your consent). You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which ads and messages bring interested businesses, and to stop spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our hosting provider, and Cloudflare (network security). They may use it only to provide their services to us, except that Stripe also uses payment data under its own privacy policy, for example to prevent fraud and meet its legal duties. Meta and Google receive data only if you accept optional cookies, and they use it under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose data where UAE law or a competent authority requires it.

Where your data is stored

This pre-launch website and its waitlist are currently hosted on servers in the United States, and some of the providers above process data in other countries. We transfer data outside the UAE only as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law allows, for example where the transfer is needed to provide what you asked for, or under contracts that require the provider to protect it. At launch, the Alheen.ae service's queue data will be stored in the UAE, although some providers, such as Stripe and Resend, may still process data abroad. We will update this policy then.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details, including the link and abuse-prevention data kept with them, are kept until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If Alheen.ae does not launch, we delete them within 3 months of that decision. Founding-plan payment records are kept for as long as UAE law requires for financial records (currently 7 years). Visit counts contain no personal data. Founding-plan checkouts that were never paid are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see your personal data and receive a copy of it, correct or delete it, ask us to stop or limit processing it, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing we did before you withdrew it). Some requests have legal limits: for example, we must keep payment records for as long as the law requires. To use these rights, email sales@metapro.ae, ideally from the address you used, so we can confirm it is you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE data protection authority.

Cookies

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again. While you browse, your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab) remembers the ad link you arrived from, so a sign-up can be matched to the ad, and that this visit was already counted; it is not shared with anyone. Cloudflare, our network-security provider, may set a strictly necessary cookie to block bots, and Stripe's payment page sets its own cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention. Nothing else is set unless you choose "Accept all": then the Meta Pixel and the Google tag set cookies to measure which ads lead to sign-ups and payments. Meta and Google may also use this data for their own purposes under their own policies, and these cookies can last up to two years unless you clear them. "Essential only" (or ignoring the banner) loads nothing from Meta or Google. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent, the page reloads without the Meta and Google tags.

Changes

We will update this policy when the service launches or when our practices change, and change the date at the top. This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
