Alheen.ae is not live yet

Alheen.ae is planned to launch on 1 March 2027. Until then, the features, plans and prices on this website describe what we plan to offer at launch and may still change. Changes will not affect the price you paid for a founding plan or the number of months it covers. If something important changes, we will tell waitlist members and founding customers before launch, and founding customers can then ask for a full refund.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. We will tell you when Alheen.ae launches. You can ask to leave the waitlist at any time.

The founding plan

• Price: AED 299, paid once by card through Stripe. The plan is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
• What you get: the first 3 months of the Business plan for one business, starting on launch day, not on the day you pay. Launch day is the day the Business plan is ready for you to use (planned for 1 March 2027).
• Availability: limited to the first 50 businesses. One founding plan per business.
• Refunds on request: you can ask for a full refund at any time before launch and for 14 days after launch day. Email sales@metapro.ae, ideally from the address you paid with so we can find your payment. We send the refund to the original card within 5 working days of your request (or by bank transfer if a card refund is not possible); banks usually show card refunds within a further 5 to 10 working days.
• Automatic refund: if launch day (as defined above) has not happened by 31 March 2027, we refund every founding payment in full without you having to ask.
• After the 3 months: nothing is charged automatically. You choose whether to continue on a paid plan or move to the Free plan. If we stop providing the Business plan before your 3 months end, we refund the unused part in proportion.
• SMS and WhatsApp messages are not included in the price; they are paid separately with prepaid credits.

Prices and VAT

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Meta Pro Solutions FZE - LLC is not VAT-registered at present, so no VAT is charged and the price shown is the total you pay. If we register for VAT later, it will not change what you have already paid, and we will show VAT-inclusive prices before any future charge.

Our responsibility

We will provide the founding plan with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE law that cannot legally be limited, or our responsibility for fraud or gross negligence. Otherwise, our total responsibility to you in connection with the founding plan is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. If we cannot resolve a disagreement by talking to each other first, the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah will decide it. This does not affect any right you have to complain to the UAE consumer protection authorities or to bring a claim where UAE law allows.
