About Alheen.ae (الحين): who runs it, when it launches

Alheen.ae (الحين) is an upcoming walk-in queue and token system for UAE clinics, typing centres, car-service receptions and salons, planned to launch on 1 March 2027. At launch, visitors will take a token at the desk or by scanning a QR code, staff will call the next one from any browser, and the waiting-room TV will announce each token in Arabic and English.

In one line: a walk-in queue and token system for UAE service businesses.

The plans and their planned prices are on the home page, and the UAE price guide compares them with queue systems sold today.

Its Arabic name, الحين, is also an everyday Gulf Arabic word meaning “now”. The brand is always written Alheen.ae, with الحين beside it. The tagline is “Your turn, right now” (دورك الحين).
